Q

How do I renew my multi-draw/cancel the auto-renew feature?

A

If you wish to automatically renew your Multi-Draw package, mark "Automatically renew this multi-draw when it expires" when you make the purchase. Alternatively, you can update this setting at any time in Multi-Draws in the auto-renew status field. You can also cancel the auto-renewal of your Multi-Draw package in its status field in your account.

To ensure that the auto-renewal of your Multi-Draw package will not be interrupted, please make sure your payment method is up to date and that you have sufficient funds in your account if you're using a pre-paid payment option.

Q

How do I select/update my default currency?

A

Lotto Simple supports eight international currencies:  Australian Dollar, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Russian Ruble, South African Rand, Swiss Franc, and US Dollar. You can select a preferred currency for each payment method you register in Payment Details on our desktop site.  Your payment method will be charged in the designated currency, and the currency displayed on the site will be the same as the currency selected for your default payment method.

Q

What is lottery betting?

A

Lottery betting is making a bet on the outcome of an official lottery draw. Specifically, this means you make a bet on the numbers that will be selected in a draw of an official lottery. If your bet includes the winning numbers, you will receive winnings equivalent in size to the prize money distributed by the underlying lottery operator to ticket holders in the corresponding prize tier.

When you bet on the outcome of a lottery at Lotto Simple you are not actually buying a ticket to that lottery. Lottery betting is not connected in any way to official lottery operators. Real ticket purchasing is available at theLotter.

Q

Who pays lottery betting winnings?

A

All winnings to which you are entitled, including lottery jackpot prizes, are paid directly into your account by Lotto Simple.
